Civic Trust Awards
The 2012 Civic Trust Awards application round is now closed and 306 UK and international entries have been received.
Local assessment visits will now take place throughout October and November, with the projects considered to be successful then put forward to the CTA National Panel for their deliberation.
The National Panel will meet in December 2011 and January 2012 to determine the final list of winners, who will be presented with their Awards at our Ceremony in Edinburgh on Friday 2nd March 2012. The Awards Ceremony will be supported by The City of Edinburgh Council.
The Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Inclusive Design, supported by the Centre for Accessible Environments will also be selected by a specially convened judging panel in January 2012. The panel will include Selwyn’s wife Becky Goldsmith, who will also be on hand at our Awards Ceremony to present the Award for the first time.
An announcement regarding the venue for our 2012 Awards Ceremony will be made shortly in our September e-newsletter.
