Civic Trust Awards
In association with The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, the Civic Trust Awards has extended its deadline for Irish Entries until 5pm on 30th September 2009.
The scheme was launched in the Republic of Ireland last year and 10 projects were successful, including Cork City Council Offices, Hanover Quay in Dublin and The Cork Institute of Technology.

Assessors Needed
The Awards are also currently seeking new volunteer assessors based in Ireland who are willing to undertake judging visits for this year’s entries. Vacancies are available for Architects, Inclusive Design Professionals, Council Planners and Local Community representatives.
