This new build provides college facilities for a range of subjects, including sport, beauty and hospitality. It is also a training resource for businesses throughout the region, and operates some commercial health and beauty facilities. An imposing and large building, the academy has excellent views of the city. The visual impact and character of the building is highest in the evening when light filters through the random window arrangement.
