A new infant school accommodating 90 pupils, this scheme makes provision for language impairment, varying degrees of learning difficulty, and primary education. The school has been rebuilt following an arson attack, and attempts to retain some historic connectivity. It integrates well with its setting and the sensory garden is especially successful. The building design creates a central courtyard which can be used as a teaching resource, performance space and a general relaxing oasis in a robust neighbourhood
