Information about this winner

Part of a strategic masterplan, this scheme is the first element to reach completion. The restoration and remodeling project has resulted in a mixed use block, incorporating retail, offices and residential accommodation. The Grade II listed Nash facades to Regent Street and Swallow Street have been retained and restored. Following improvements to the streets, the scheme creates a new public space linking Regent Street with Piccadilly. A good example of urban mending – with an excellent sustainability rating.
