This project involves the integration of new large scale facilities with the refurbishment and reorganisation of a 1976 building and an historic 19th Century Bishop’s Palace. It highlights the difficulties faced by the combination of sensitive restoration and brave insertion. It provides excellent facilities for the local community and is very popular.
