D1c EducationWith 12,000 registered students and over 1,500 staff, the Cork Institute of Technology has four separate campuses. A combination of full and part time students attends a wide range of courses, including evening and weekend classes and continuing professional development studies. The scheme represents the latest addition to the main campus, which covers 80 acres. Home to a new administration building, a student centre and tourism and hospitality building, the scheme is a real benefit to the growing Institute. Including six teaching kitchens, two production kitchens and lecture theatre, the new building provides the latest facilities for students of all ages in an attractive environment.
