Application Fees
The following fees apply for the Civic Trust Awards scheme.
Entry Fees
Standard Entry: £250 + vat (£300 inc vat)
Eligibility: All projects entered into the Pro Tem Awards Category for temporary buildings, structures or art installations.
All projects entered into the AABC Conservation Awards Category for historic building conservation.
A standard Civic Trust Award entry is for an individual building, structure or space. E.g a library, museum, medical centre, private house.
If you wish to enter a project that contains two or more main buildings on one site into the Civic Trust Awards Category, then this must be a entered into the Large/Multi-Use Category.
Large/Multi-Use Entry: £650 +VAT (£780 inc VAT)
Eligibility: Schemes consisting of multiple buildings, structures or spaces by the same practice/design team under one Civic Trust Awards entry submission.
Applicants must state the number of buildings, structures or spaces within the entry to be judged.
These must be on one site and developed as a single entity by one practice/design team. E.g housing development, university campus, infrastructure projects.
Payments
Please ensure that you have entered your project into the correct category. If your project is entered into the incorrect category, the entry will be deemed unsuccessful.
Application fees must be paid online, using a credit/debit card, at the time of submission, prior to the application round closing.
A vat receipt will be generated by the external payment system and emailed to the email address provided by the applicant.
We do not have the facility to accept telephone payments, generate invoices for BACS payment or accept cheques.

Civic Trust Awards Member organisations pay just £150 +VAT (£180 inc VAT) per Standard Entry and £550 +VAT (£660 inc VAT) for Large/Multi-Use Entries.
